Message: Beautiful place to visit. Seaside villas are ideal for a beach vacation. Our condo was overlooking the beach and ocean view. Condo could do with a few upgrades but all in all it was very comfortable for 2. Will definitely be back.

Message: We stayed in Xanadu. B12 for 4 nights in February. The condo is comfortable, tastefully furnished with everything you might need to cook and play at the beach. Its floors have recently been replaced and walls have been repainted. Its a quick easy walk to the beach and though it was February andthe pool is closed; I have been there when it was open and loved it. Bike rentals are available nearby and Hiltonhead Island is a great place to bike with numerous bike trails. I recommend Xanadu B12 highly!

Message: Rent Seaside Villas #355 through this company. The beach is awesome! This is a recent sunrise, which I walked to the beach in less than 5 minutes. There's a great pool, the condo complex is on the ocean. The villa is well equipped & decorated. Pretty awesome ocean view ( we can see dolphin swim). Two big TVs too

Message: Only giving it a 4/5 because it was a quick and efficient check-in. 3/5 on the worker who checked us in. He gave us 0 information on the area, no info on checkout procedure or dropping off our keys. However the receptionist next to him was incredibly friendly to the family he was checking in so service based on who you get.

Message: I have traveled a lot over the years, and these guys have it down perfectly. From Christine in the office, to the whole staff, nothing but 5 stars. The condo we rented was in perfect shape, spotless and everything the pictures showed. I will 100% use them again and they actually made Hilton Head my spring vacation for next year!

Message: We stayed here last April! There was a little construction going on but it didn't even phase us! The pool was clean and quiet, the beach was great and so close to the room, our condo was beautifully renovated and cozy and the complex is just a quick bike ride from fun restaurants and shopping! We were totally pleased with our stay and our service AND the price!
