Message: The service and staff were absolutely incredible. So friendly and so helpful. Needed to stay here in a pinch and it was great. Some of the finishes in the hotel room were dated and peeling - only reason for a 4-star review.

Message: A pretty good experience. Pluse were restaurant was really good and Chauncy there is a rockstar! Took great care of us as well as the restaurant staff at night.. Downside was their card key management is poor. They double assigned my room. Fixed that. At check out the desk person essentially argued with me about what room I stayed in. He gave me a bill for another person in our travel party who was very obviously not me. Then continued to tell me I was wrong about what room I actually stayed in.. Property was ok but definitely not marriott level. Pretty disappointing.. Again restaurant was great and no idea why it wasn’t full all the time!

Message: Ac was leaking water in the room. Outside light shining in bad. Guest service was good and friendly. Hotel room walls are dated but the bedding is good. The toilet is way too close to the tub. It was very awkward trying to get in and out of the shower especially with the door turned in the same way as well. Little clearance to safely get in and out.

Message: Byron & Courtney at the front desk were amazing! Both were super helpful & friendly! The room was clean, bed was very comfy. Water bottles and coffee were provided also. Would definitely stay here again my next trip to Columbia.

Message: This location is great if your driving a large commercial vehicle. I pulled in with ease, drove around the whole hotel & parked in a safe well lite parking lot. The restaurant had excellent service at breakfast. My remodeled room was clean, comfortable & nice.

Message: Great hotel! Employees were very courteous and friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, big screen TV with Netflix and the coffee in the room was great. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Columbia South Carolina area.
